Community Arts Programme

The Community Arts Programme was first implemented in 2000, to date over 2000 persons have been trained in varying art forms.
The major goal of the programme is to develop the artistic skills of individuals who want to pursue a career in the field of art but are unable to access formal instruction.
The programme aims to provide an opportunity for community artists to develop their natural talents into marketable and employable skills with a view to creating a solid foundation for a future career in art, through the provision of structured courses in the area of art.
